Keplerian Data
Keplerian data is a set of mathematical "statements" of orbits of satellites. Update your "Keps" once a week or so if you plan to work the ISS, since it gets repositioned often.

Although modern satellite tracking programs will "find" this date for you, AMSAT-NA offers NASA (2-line), AMSAT (verbose), and bare NASA datafiles.
