- I really enjoyed Clint’s presentation last night. The fact that he had taken the time to research and know something about his audience and welcomed interaction made it very informative and enjoyable. This was a refreshing change from many canned YouTube presentations I’ve tried to watch, which were poorly done, fuzzy video or muddy audio, or a badly prepared presenter stumbling his way through, with any valuable info lost along the way. Thanks for hooking this one up.

- I don’t think I’ll ever forget Clint Bradford’s last presentation to our club about satellites. He stopped right in the middle of his talk, looked at his watch and declared: “You know, it’s one thing to TALK about how fun and easy it is to work a satellite, so I want EVERYBODY TO GET UP, and let’s walk out to the parking lot to work a satellite! And we marched out of the restaurant meeting room while his wife stayed behind to watch our stuff as Clint showed us how to talk to three countries (Mexico, the U.S. and Canada) on that particular pass.

- Just read your 4-page article on the internet about working the birds.This is "PRICELESS." I appreciate your tireless effort and work in supplying the rest of us hams all the info on how to contact the birds. I have a Kenwood TH-D72A and building the antennas for 2M/440. Should have it completed shortly and ready to make some contacts. I have been licensed since 1960. BTW, I took some photos the last 2 times I attended your presentation.
- Wow. I had no idea this site existed! Good stuff, especially for someone relatively new to satellite stuff. Thank you, thank you, and thank you for creating this great resource.
- K6LCS gave a fantastic presentation on amateur satellites. It was most informative and entertaining. Clint's passion for the subject was evident, and I would imagine that the club members individually and or in a group will be eager to try satellite contact in the near future.

I've been a Ham for a little over two months now, and on my first radio (a Yaesu FT1DR) and using the information from your site I made contacts on SO-50 on my first try using my HT and an Arrow mounted on a tripod (to free my hands up). This is way more fun than I thought I would have with an HT.

- I’m a newbie and last night (using a FT-60 and Elk L-5) I was able to contact SO-50 on my very first attempt at satellite work! All due to your excellent website!

- Your site took me from zero knowledge in to getting an HT and an Arrow. In less than four months I have qualified for VUCC on the FM birds. A great site for the beginner on the birds. It un-mystifies the birds.
-Oh, your site was certainly put to use for my first SO-50 contacts! I used your frequency list to program my FT-60 and many of the tips and tricks helped make the difference! Thank you for all the great info you have put together. Very fun.

- Simplicity ... the idea of working sats "sounds complicated" but that’s really not the case. You keep the language simple, illustrations simple, and concept simple ... you give folks the idea that any ham can do this (which they can) with the right equipment ... if they follow the directions provided here.

Within a year I had completed VUCC and WAS. Both with 5 watts and the Arrow. Had it not been for this site I don't believe I would have discovered this part of the hobby.
